ABOUT THE HOUSE
Tracy Ferry House is a two bedroom, two bath home with engineered hardwood floors, spacious kitchen and living area and a large deck. Browse the gallery below to see all rooms.
​The open concept kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, dishes. Granite countertops, Samsung appliance package make cooking and cleanup a breeze. Attached living area has a sleeper sofa, love seat, occasional chair with a 65" smart tv.
The master suite has a king bed, television, attached private full bathroom and French doors to the deck. While the house has central heat and air, the master suite has its own mini split for additional comfort and convenience.
The hallway bedroom is right across from the second full bathroom and has a queen bed.
Can sleep up to 6 adults in pairs. All rooms have blackout shades to allow lazy mornings if you wish.
New for 2025, clothes washer and dryer is available for guest access.
Privacy Notice- We use Ring cameras with audio and video recording on the exterior of the house at the front and garage door for your protection and ours. No other cameras are used, we value and respect your privacy.
